ICE Said It Would Handle Shootings by Its Own Agents. MPD Held the Perimeters and Helped ICE Leave the Scene.

20 minutes after ICE shot and killed Renee Good, they told MPD to "hold the perimeter" of their crime scene. ICE told MPD it would "handle" the ICE agent's shooting and gather the evidence. MPD held the perimeter and let ICE and critical evidence leave. And they did it again. And again.
